Visit & Reception
Upon arrival, please inform our female reception staff of your name.
You will be asked to fill out a consultation form that includes questions about allergies, pregnancy, and other important health conditions before receiving treatment.
If you have any concerns, feel free to consult our staff.
Free Consultation
Our specialists will check your skin condition and explain the details, effects, and precautions of the treatment you’re interested in.
If you wish to undergo laser hair removal on the same day, it is recommended to shave the treatment area beforehand.
Please be assured that receiving a consultation does not obligate you to proceed with the treatment.
Preparation Before Treatment
For facial treatments, makeup removal may be required before the procedure.
We provide cleansing and face-washing products as needed.
If you feel unwell or anxious during the treatment, please inform our staff immediately.
Please note that redness or slight swelling may occur after the treatment, depending on individual skin sensitivity.
Treatment
During the procedure, specialized equipment will be used to treat the target areas.
Depending on the type of treatment, you may feel a slight tingling or warmth, but our latest devices are designed to ensure comfort.
If you experience any discomfort, please inform our staff immediately.
There may be temporary redness or swelling after the treatment, depending on individual differences.
Payment
Payment methods accepted: Cash, cashless payments (GCash, PayMaya), debit cards, and credit cards.
We do not offer medical loans or cash-based installment plans.
For course treatments, full payment is required at the start of the course.
Payments can be made in full (cash) or via credit card installments, depending on your card provider’s terms.
Partial cash and partial card payments are also accepted.
A consent form from a guardian is required for clients under 18 years old.
